For New Whitening Patients:
If you are a new patient, we will first see you for an initial exam, cleaning, and x-rays. Then we will take an impression of your teeth. A perfectly formed whitening tray is made for you $99 (75% off) to take home with your own free kit of Pola Day whitening gel. Patients receive the 35% carbamide peroxide whitening gel concentration, that with only 15 minutes use once or twice a day immediately brightens teeth.
For Both New and Current Whitening Patients:
When you keep your regular dental checkups, 2-3 times a year, we will supply you at each checkup with more Pola Day CP gel to maintain your brighter smile at no cost to you!
- Keep your regularly scheduled dental checkup visits: Your long-term oral health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that regular checkups greatly reduce dental emergencies. Therefore, we are happy to provide this extra bonus to our patients who are committed to their oral health.
- Provide at least 48-hour notice if you need to postpone or change your appointment. To provide exceptional services like whitening for life to all our patients, we ask that you give us the courtesy of 48 hours’ notice for all schedule changes.
- Maintain good oral health at home. You must keep your mouth healthy with regular brushing and flossing.
- Keep your account current. All accounts must be current (no outstanding bills).
